As a Medical Device Assembler, you will:
  • Perform assembly, testing, and production tasks following standardized work instructions
  • Handle small components with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records to ensure traceability and compliance
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Communicate production issues, quality concerns, or improvement ideas to leadership
  • Participate in daily performance tracking and goal-setting with supervisors
  • Support team production targets and company objectives
  • Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude when working with team members
  • Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Systems (EMS), and regulatory standards

This is a full time, contract opportunity.
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM
4th Shift (Weekend): Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
The ideal candidate will have:

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.78 per hour.
