As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and selling our innovative Recruitment-as-a-Subscription Service (RaaSS) model

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a ready book of business in the sectors we cater to, including Municipal, Food, Accounting, Legal, HealthTech, Healthcare, MedTech, Non-Profit, and Public Sectors. destinationone is currently in an exciting start-up phase, offering a unique opportunity for a Business Development Manager. For the first 6 months, this position will be commission-only as you help build our client base for our newly innovated Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaSS) offering.

Starting in month 7, based on performance and meeting your goals for the first 6 months, you will be eligible for base compensation. This is an incredible opportunity for the right individual to earn significant commissions during this early stage, with massive potential for growth as we expand. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within your designated region.

Sell our innovative RaaSS model, offering businesses a cost-effective, subscription-based recruitment solution. Leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships. Identify and engage decision-makers in Municipalities, Legal, Food, Non-Profit, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profits, and other sectors.

Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up with potential clients, positioning destinationone as the go-to recruitment solution. Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential. Continuously collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

The Business Development Manager is expected to bring in a minimum of 36 new accounts per year, with a focus on driving consistent growth year over year. Requirements Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors is essential. Experience in sales within staffing, service industry or consulting is an asset.

A ready book of business in any of the sectors we serve is highly desirable. Strong understanding of recruitment services, particularly in the North American market. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
