As a Talent Development Student within Human Resources, you will play a key role in the earlycareer talent experience at WSP. By supporting communications, training activity logistics, and program operations, you will directly contribute to creating positive, structured, and engaging learning experiences for our students and new employees.

Your Impact
  • Support the coordination of earlycareer programs to deliver a consistent and positive participant experience
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of communications related to onboarding, orientation, and development activities
  • Assist with the logistics of webinars, workshops, and training events
  • Participate in managing training systems and records to ensure data accuracy
  • Provide operational support to onboarding and integration teams
  • Collaborate with various internal partners to support talent development priorities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the participant experience

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
MB & ON: $18.50 - $28.00 per hour
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $17.50 - $28.00 per hour
