Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Legal Case Manager to join a growing personal injury team. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, medical providers, and attorneys, helping ensure cases move efficiently from intake through resolution.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience while managing a busy caseload.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the case.
  • Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy and case development.
  • Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with healthcare providers.
  • Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, and other supporting documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of demand packages and settlement materials.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic case files.
  • Track case milestones, deadlines, and treatment progress to ensure timely case advancement.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers, clients, medical providers, and other case-related parties.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring all case information is current and complete.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Prior personal injury case management experience strongly preferred.
  • Pre-litigation experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims.
