Job description

Shared Living Provider (Caregiver – In-Home)

ViaQuest Shared Living – Cincinnati, OH

Make a Difference in Your Home

Looking for a meaningful opportunity to earn income while changing someone’s life? Become a ViaQuest Shared Living Provider and open your home to an adult with a developmental disability. You’ll provide daily support while helping them live as independently as possible - all with ongoing support from our team.


What You’ll Do
  • Provide a furnished bedroom and a safe, supportive environment in your home
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation
  • Encourage independence through skill development and guidance
  • Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities
  • Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff

Compensation amp; Benefits
  • Tax-free annual stipend: $35,000 – $60,000
  • Paid time off
  • Additional room amp; board income (average $630/month)
  • Training, background checks, and certification
  • 24/7 support from a dedicated ViaQuest Manager
  • Tools and assistance for documentation, billing, and compliance
  • Help coordinating respite
  • Referral matching with individuals in need of care (or support for caring for a loved-one)

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and good driving record
