As a Contractor Service Coordinator, you'll be a trusted resource for customers by answering questions, processing requests, and ensuring their coverage information is accurate. You'll work with customers, business partners, and team members to provide a smooth and positive experience. We're looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
  1. Process applications, policy updates, payments, and billing activities for customers enrolled in insurance programs.
  2. Review coverage information for accuracy and coordinate updates when needed.
