Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as a leader and advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they receive personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. Your expertise will help develop and oversee individualized care plans, coordinate services, and support staff in delivering exceptional care within a nurturing environment. Responsibilities

  • Plan Development: Designing and implementing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) tailored to a client's specific needs.

Requirements
