Job description

Crowned Grace International (CCITL) Executive Coach I to delivers one-on-one coaching to supervisors, managers, and individual contributors identified for development, and supports team and group facilitation. This level is a development and pipeline tier: it builds the coaching hours, client count, and supervised experience required to progress to Executive Coach II.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver sixty-minute coaching sessions to assigned clients with documented preparation, demonstrating your vital role in supporting their development.
  • Conduct intake discussions and support development planning under the review of a Senior Executive Coach or the Director of Coaching Services to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Administer assessments for which the coach holds current certification and conduct debriefs.
  • Support team coaching, group facilitation, retreats, and workshops.
  • Maintain records, attendance, and delivered hours in the CGINTL coaching platform, reinforcing your role in ensuring quality and accountability.
  • Participate in mentor coaching and supervision and accumulate documented client hours toward the PCC credential.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Coaching certification and training in coaching, psychology, organizational development, or change management.
  • Eight or more years of management consulting and coaching experience, of which at least seven are in leadership or executive coaching or a subject-matter discipline required by the client.
  • Seventy-five hours of training from an ICF-accredited coach training school or a comparable program.
  • PCC and ICF Associate Certified Coach credential.
PREFERRED Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
