Voda Cleaning & Restoration is a rapidly growing restoration company specializing in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and related emergency services throughout Southeast Michigan.

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help expand our presence in the marketplace by building referral partnerships, developing business relationships, and creating opportunities with local businesses and decision-makers.

This is not a high-pressure sales position.

Instead, you will focus on relationship development, networking, territory growth, and partnership creation while working alongside experienced leadership and a proven business development system.

For many restoration companies, this position would be called a Marketing Representative. We call it relationship-driven business development.

What You'll Do
  • Develop referral relationships throughout your territory
  • Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision makers
  • Build partnerships with:
    • Property Managers
    • Insurance Agents and Adjusters
    • Plumbing Contractors
    • Commercial Property Owners
    • Facility Managers
    • Community Organizations
  • Schedule and participate in business development meetings
  • Support partnership implementation and onboarding
  • Attend networking events, association meetings, and community functions
  • Maintain long-term referral and client relationships
  • Consistently represent Voda Cleaning & Restoration in the marketplace

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Are eligible to work in the United States.
  • Are able to cover regular local travel across the Southeast Michigan territory, including Novi, Livonia, Ann Arbor, and Brighton.
  • Have a personal vehicle for field-based travel.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, hospitality, customer service, community engagement, networking, or other relationship-focused roles is helpful but not required.
  • B2B sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience with territory sales or expansion is a plus.
  • Experience building relationships with plumbing contractors, facility or property managers, insurance agents or adjusters, or commercial property owners is a plus.
