What is a development job?

As a locally owned franchise backed by HomeFront Brands, we deliver premium services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, soft washing, and drone-powered cleaning for complex commercial projects.
We specialize in mid-rise buildings, parking decks, retail centers, office parks, HOAs, apartment communities, and commercial properties across the greater Atlanta market. Our culture is built on innovation, safety, accountability, and growth—and we’re looking for a driven sales professional to help fuel our expansion.
This is mostly insides sales with some in person meetings with clients

Who We’re Looking For

Are you a true hunter who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals?
Do you enjoy being in the field, meeting decision-makers, and selling services that deliver visible, repeatable value?
If you’re competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a salary + commission environment, this role is for you.
The Role

This is a commercial-focused sales position responsible for driving new business and recurring revenue by selling Window Hero’s exterior cleaning services—including innovative drone technology for complex and high-value projects.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new commercial business through:
    • Cold calling
    • Networking
    • Referrals
    • Outreach to property managers, HOAs, realtors, and facility decision-makers
  • Conduct on-site property assessments and consultations
  • Build accurate estimates and professional proposals
  • Close deals and upsell recurring services and maintenance plans
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
  • Handle inbound leads and maintain professional communication (phone, email, CRM)
  • Track weekly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team collaboration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and light administrative tasks
Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (B2B or commercial services preferred)
  • Experience working with or selling to property managers, HOAs, realtors, or commercial clients is a strong plus
  • Hunter mentality—comfortable prospecting, handling objections, and competing to win
  • Confident communicator with strong in-person and phone presence
  • Excellent relationship-building and closing skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and professional social media
  • Reliable transportation for client visits
  • Positive, professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Business-casual appearance
Why Join Window Hero?

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
  • Monthly bonus opportunities
  • Warm leads provided + strong support for prospecting
  • Paid time off and healthy work-life balance
  • High-energy, supportive team culture that celebrates wins
  • Ongoing training, coaching, and career development
  • Access to cutting-edge tools, including drone-powered cleaning
  • Opportunity to make a visible impact on Atlanta’s commercial properties
Why Window Hero?

We offer essential, repeat services that drive customer loyalty and long-term revenue. Our brand is trusted, our reviews are strong (5-star Google rating), and our work speaks for itself.
Window Hero is a people-first organization that values growth, accountability, and collaboration. You’ll be connected to a national network of franchise owners and leaders who share best practices, coaching, and support—while working for a locally owned operation with the latest technology and systems.

  • A strong brand
  • High earning potential
  • A hunter-driven role
  • A fast-growing market
Window Hero Atlanta wants to meet you.
