Fish Window Cleaning is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Estimate Writer to join our growing team in New Castle, DE. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the sales and operations process by crafting accurate, professional estimates that win business and keep projects moving. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and write detailed, accurate cost estimates and proposals for prospective clients
  • Review project scopes, specifications, and requirements to develop competitive bids
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and project management teams to ensure estimate accuracy
  • Maintain and organize estimate documentation, records, and follow-up communications
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to clarify project details and pricing
  • Track submitted estimates and assist in converting proposals to active projects
  • Continuously refine estimating processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in estimating, sales support, or a related field preferred
