Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, treatment modifications, and assessments in line with regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, counselors, and medical professionals, to develop integrated care strategies.
• Participate in continuous professional development through training and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in relevant therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele at our Detox Center is diverse, including individuals coping with substance abuse and comorbid mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An active and valid LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Vermont is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
