Hayes Gibson Property Services (HGPS) is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator in which is responsible for the coordination of the Social Service functions of the residents at Barrington Village. The Service Coordinator plays a critical role to support assisted housing as a platform for financial security, physical security, social connections, and the delivery of long-term community based supportive services. This includes oversight of the daily social services operation, community collaborations, development of future programs, statistical and program reporting, monitoring of program funding and reporting requirements. #ZR

What You'll Do
  • Connect residents with community resources and supportive services.
  • Build relationships with local agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Coordinate resident programs, educational workshops, and community events.
  • Assist residents in accessing benefits, transportation, healthcare, financial assistance, and other valuable resources.
  • Support resident independence while helping create a welcoming, engaged community.
  • Maintain service records, referrals, and program documentation.
