Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will support and collaborate with assigned project teams in requirements development, planning, and execution. Utilizing appropriate project management methodologies, this role will define, create, coordinate and must be highly adaptable with a strong ability to multi-task in a faced-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Operate with a client-first mentality while providing an appropriate level of support to the team and stakeholders
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Consult with project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties and responsibilities.
  • Clearly communicate and clarify project purpose, goals, and expectations.
  • Leverage process improvement / project management concepts and tools to design, develop, document, and assist in implementing standard processes. Maintain documentation for educational purposes and best practices.
  • Regularly review and share project metrics and timelines to ensure appropriate progress, especially related to longer-term projects/initiatives. Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Provide leadership for implementation of process changes by working with various teams - driving change management and issue resolution.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings to include providing updates and to solicit input for changes to processes and procedures. Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Remain knowledgeable in the policies and regulations of the regulatory bodies and firm to ensure compliance with all work activities.
  • Apply good judgment and have the flexibility to respond to shifting priorities.
  • Work with all other team members in a way that is conducive to the mission, values, and beliefs of the company to provide a client experience beyond expectations
  • Comply with company-wide policies and SEC/FINRA regulations
