What You Will Do:
We are currently searching for Operations Coordinators to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to teams supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This role helps ensure that program operations, workflows, and coordination activities are executed efficiently in support of NIH mission objectives. These full time, on-site positions are based on the NIH campus in Bethesda, MD or Baltimore, MD.
What You Will Need:
  • Provide operational and administrative support to project teams and program leadership
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth execution of operational processes
  • Track tasks, deliverables, schedules, and follow-ups to support team workflows
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports related to operations and project activities
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, staffing coordination, and general team logistics
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal coordination across functional teams
  • Assist with process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience supporting operations, administration, and/or project coordination activities
  • Familiarity with project management tools or task-tracking systems
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional or remote teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
