Epsilon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support our global Talent team, reporting directly to the SVP of Talent Acquisition (TA). In this role, you will support TA leaders on key projects, partner with cross-functional collaborators, help strengthen recruiting operations and compliance, and contribute to process improvements that create a more consistent and effective candidate and employee experience across the business.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Achieve
  • Support Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders on key projects that advance recruiting operations, compliance, process consistency, and partner alignment across the business.
  • Partner with internal teams and cross-functional collaborators to gather information, coordinate next steps, and help move TA initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Help organize and synthesize project details, reporting inputs, compliance updates, and operational insights so leaders have the information they need to make decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of TA processes, governance materials, and documentation that support a consistent, compliant recruiting experience.

Project Coordination

  • Support TA projects from start to finish by helping organize workstreams, timelines, landmarks, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, meeting notes, and status updates.
  • Partner with TA leaders to help execute strategic initiatives and keep work moving.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with HR, Legal, Technology, Finance, and other business partners.
  • Operate with a project management attitude by tracking ownership, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and follow-through across multiple TA workstreams.

 

Compliance & Governance

  • Support recruiting compliance activities by maintaining documentation, trackers, and process materials.
  • Help ensure recruiting processes are clearly documented and aligned to company standards.
  • Maintain operational documentation, governance materials, and process resources.
  • Support green card-related processes by helping coordinate documentation, tracking, and follow-up requests in partnership with TA leaders and appropriate internal teams.
  • Coordinate updates to recruiting policies, procedures, and team resources as needed.
  • Provide operational support for compliance-related TA needs that fall outside of day-to-day recruiting coordination responsibilities.
QualificationsWho You Are
  • Recent college graduate or early-career professional with 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, project coordination, business operations, communications, or a related field.
  • Interested in building a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, compliance, project management, or people-related work.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn the business and understand the "why" behind the work.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a willingness to jump in where support is needed.
  • Clear communicator who can summarize information, draft updates, and collaborate with leaders and team members.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and AI-enabled tools to organize work, summarize information, draft materials, and improve day-to-day productivity.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Internship, coursework, or early experience related to HR, recruiting, employee experience, project coordination, or business operations.
  • Interest in project management, process improvement, recruiting operations, or people strategy.

 Compensation Range: USD $41,300.00 - USD $91,500.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
