We are currently seeking a Construction Operations Coordinator to provide cross-functional administrative and operational support across multiple departments within Dacon. This role plays a key part in improving organization, communication, and process consistency throughout the company. This position requires a highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, professional individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This individual will support internal teams through administrative coordination, project support, documentation management, communication follow-up, and operational process assistance.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support across departments
  • Assist with proposals, prime contracts, subcontracts, letters, presentations, and insurance coordination.
  • Coordinate vendor and project-related administrative tracking
  • Help maintain organized records and internal documentation
  • Support communication and follow-up between departments
  • Assist with compliance and documentation tracking
  • Help standardize administrative processes and procedures
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and organization
  • Assist leadership and teams with operational support as needed
  • Office management- accepting deliveries, shipping, ordering supplies
