With 32 years at State Farm and 23 in agency, I lead a dedicated team of nine—seven in DeMotte and two in Rensselaer. We offer paid vacation, retirement plan participation after the first year, and a $200 monthly health insurance premium reimbursement for eligible team members.
My journey began as a claims representative in 1993, later managing complex injury claims and lawsuits before becoming an agent in 2001. In 2023, I expanded to a second agency in Rensselaer. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dave Long - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
