The Boeing Company's Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) organization is currently seeking a highly motivated Associate Security Operations and Administration Specialist to join the team in Arlington, VA; Huntsville, AL; Berkeley, MO; San Antonio, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; or Mesa, AZ.

Join ECS as a Project & Communications Specialist and partner directly with senior leaders to plan and deliver cross-functional initiatives, craft executive-ready visual briefings, and improve operating rhythms across the organization. If you bring project experience and sharp visual communication skills then you'll have the opportunity to strengthen Risk Management Framework (RMF) driven cybersecurity programs, build strong stakeholder relationships, and grow your career supporting real-world defense missions. Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, integrating, and delivering cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives supporting ECS leadership: coordinate workstreams, track milestones and ensure deliverables align with organizational goals and timelines

  • Create, deliver and maintain executive-level visual presentations and briefing materials to communicate key messages to internal and external stakeholders, using approved templates and tools

  • Participate in the planning, organization, and facilitation of meetings and working sessions, including agenda development, pre-read materials, and meeting facilitation support

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance management systems and operating rhythms within the ECS organization, driving efficiency and effectiveness

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with program leadership, functional partners, and team members to enable collaboration, co-design solutions, and high-quality products and services

  • Work with the following tools and platforms: PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, project management tools (example Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) and data visualization applications

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience creating and presenting both written and verbal communication and presentations

  • 1+ years of experience working on cross-functional projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Experience developing visual graphics utilizing automated tools
