Tapcheck is looking for a Payments Operations Associate to join our growing team in Plano, TX. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of customer support and financial operations - helping ensure payment transactions are accurate, clients are supported, and our internal processes run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to build expertise in fintech operations and make a real impact on the day-to-day experience of Tapcheck's customers.
What You'll Do
  • Respond to client questions and help resolve basic support issues
  • Assist with daily payroll checks to ensure information is accurate
  • Help process refunds, returns, and financial transactions
  • Identify and flag discrepancies for further review
  • Support collection efforts and follow up on outstanding items
  • Work with internal teams and partners to track and manage accounts receivable aging
  • Help document processes and keep records up to date
  • Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues
  • Follow company policies and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Support team projects aimed at improving operations

Compensation
$24.00-$28.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will depend on factors such as experience, training, knowledge, skills, and alignment with the requirements of the role. Tapcheck may update pay ranges and benefits offerings at its discretion. By applying to this position, applicants acknowledge that this pay range is contingent upon meeting the qualifications and requirements of the role and successfully completing the interview and selection process. Final compensation within the stated range will be determined by Tapcheck.
