Job description

Job Title: Associate, Business Development Operations 

Job ID: 39527

Job Location: Plano, TX

Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

  • Position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, Space and Missions Systems (SMS) Business Development Operations.
  • Support Segment reporting and reviews (e.g., Quarterly Priority Pursuit Reviews, business development data quality reports, upcoming proposal analysis, segment metric reporting, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on opportunity pipeline and gate reviews: Track, review, and assess pipeline opportunities to ensure the Common Capture Process (CCP) is implemented and appropriate progress is maintained for each opportunity
  • Work with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide orders reports and track against AOP plans
  • Identify business process efficiencies that can be gained from use of AI tools
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and reporting assigned

Qualifications: 

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.), Business Administration, Management, or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint skills
  • Some knowledge of MS-Power BI and/or MS-SharePoint
  • MS-Power Apps and/or MS-Power Automate skills would be a bonus
