This key role is vital for property loan risk mitigation, demanding your exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking. You will focus on high-volume document processing and verification, meticulously following complex instructions to maintain zero-error accuracy. Responsibilities include preparing finalized packages for secure delivery to Taxing Authorities while consistently meeting strict daily deadlines. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service within a demanding, high-volume production environment.

  • Accurately print and match high volumes of live checks with corresponding reports, ensuring proper reconciliation.

  • Meticulously follow detailed, package-specific instructions to guarantee all contents are compliant and correct prior to dispatch.

  • Perform final quality control verification of all matched checks and reports to ensure guaranteed accuracy.

  • Organize and prepare finalized packages for secure and documented delivery to various Taxing Authorities.

  • Manage assigned processes and inventory to ensure operational efficiency and the timely fulfillment of strict daily deadlines.

  • Effectively manage time and set priorities to concentrate on core objectives and meet all established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Maintain strict adherence to all required company and client-driven standards.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education (client-facing experience is a plus).

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume, production-focused environment.

  • Strong organizational skills for effective time management, priority setting, and meeting tight deadlines.

Pay Range: Hourly $20.50 to $19.50
