BEYOND FlexSpace is looking for a friendly, organized, proactive, and hospitality-driven Member Experience & Operations Associate to join our growing team.

As our Member Experience & Operations Associate, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our members while supporting the daily operations of the workspace.
No two days will look exactly the same.
One day you may be welcoming a new member, preparing a meeting room, organizing mail and supplies, or assisting with invoices. The next, you may be helping a member with a request, coordinating an event, assisting with a tour, or helping ensure the entire workspace is ready for the day.

What You'll Do
  • Create a welcoming and professional experience for members, guests, and prospective clients.
  • Support member onboarding, move-ins, and day-to-day requests.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk, common areas, meeting rooms, and hospitality spaces.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs and help ensure the workspace is ready for business.
  • Receive, organize and forward member mail and packages and notify members of deliveries.
  • Assist with meeting room preparation, reservations, and member services.
  • Manage supplies, inventory, and operational needs.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance, cleaning, technology, and facility issues.
  • Maintain accurate member, prospect, and administrative records.
  • Assist with agreements, onboarding documents, invoices, payment reminders, and administrative follow-up.
  • Update CRM and coworking management systems.
  • Respond to general inquiries, schedule tours, and assist prospective clients when needed.
  • Organize community events, networking opportunities, and member engagement.
  • Build positive relationships with our members and get to know their businesses.
  • Identify problems, take initiative, and help find solutions before issues become bigger.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, calendars, and business software.
  • Experience with CRM, coworking software, invoicing, or administrative systems is a plus.
  • Experience with events, hospitality, or member/customer service is a plus.
