Job description

Purpose

ARAG is hiring a Network Development Associate! In this role, you will identify, engage, and onboard attorneys across the country to support the growth and quality of ARAG's attorney network. Success in this position requires strong pipeline management, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to track progress against key performance metrics while effectively managing competing priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drives attorney recruitment through full-cycle sales ownership to achieve department goals.
  • Owns the end-to-end recruitment process of a prospect, from initial outreach through application submission and onboarding completion, using consultative sales techniques to convert attorneys into ARAG network participants.
  • Executes high-volume of attorney applications through targeted outreach strategies and processes
  • Actively "hunts" for attorneys in high-need geographies by following process of using outbound calls, email campaigns, and personalized outreach to generate interest and build a consistent pipeline of qualified applicants.
  • Converts prospects into active network attorneys through onboarding conversations, presents the value of ARAG participation, addresses objections, and guides attorneys through the decision-making process to ensure successful conversion.
  • Builds and maintains a robust recruitment pipeline by consistently generating and managing a high-volume pipeline of prospective attorneys, tracking progress and prioritizing outreach to meet aggressive recruiting goals.
  • Utilizes Salesforce daily to manage pipeline activity, track outreaches and tasks, identify bottlenecks, and proactively recommends process improvements based on data insights.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the legal industry, law firm operations, and competitive landscape to navigate objections and position ARAG effectively.
  • Evaluates prospective attorneys to determine alignment with ARAG's network standards, recognizing when a candidate is not the right fit while maintaining a strong professional experience.
  • Identifies and addresses obstacles throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, proactively finding solutions to move candidates forward.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., Attorney Experience, TIG, Legal, Marketing) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and support network quality.
  • Provides feedback on outreach tactics, onboarding processes, and market trends to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Represents ARAG's culture and values by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a team-first mindset while contributing positively to team culture.
  • Serves as a positive role model by representing ARAG at its Best.

Qualifications

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management, including tracking activity, prioritizing leads, and using data insights to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of consultative sales and full-cycle recruiting methodologies, including how to prospect, engage, qualify, and convert candidates through a structured pipeline.
  • Knowledge of outbound prospecting strategies, including high-volume cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and personalized outreach to build a pipeline in high-need markets.
  • Knowledge of ARAG network value proposition, onboarding process, and qualification standards, including how to position the network, evaluate attorney fit, and guide prospects through onboarding to activation.
