With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Menโ€™s Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director (PA-C or NP) to lead our Fishers, IN clinic.

At Ageless, we specialize in medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine โ€” helping men look better, feel better, and live better through proactive, personalized care.

This is a unique opportunity for a licensed provider who thrives on both clinical excellence and team leadership, driving growth by delivering exceptional patient experiences, cultivating staff performance, and ensuring operational success.

What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Clinic Director, youโ€™ll serve as both a clinical leader and practicing provider, guiding your team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while overseeing daily operations, compliance, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of clinic operations โ€” patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance.

  • Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments.

  • Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic tests to develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Prescribe, monitor, and adjust testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related medications.

  • Oversee administration of weight management treatments (including GLP-1 medications) and monitor patient progress.

  • Provide clinical oversight for nursing staff performing blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections.

  • Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and EMR documentation.

  • Ensure clinic adherence to all regulatory, safety, and clinical quality standards.

  • Collaborate with regional leadership to drive patient satisfaction, retention, and clinic growth through high-quality care and service consistency.

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture.

  • Represent Ageless Menโ€™s Health as the clinical face of the brand in your local market.

Our Ideal Candidate

Youโ€™re a confident, relationship-driven clinician who thrives in leadership. You balance patient care excellence with operational insight and enjoy motivating teams to achieve meaningful results.

Youโ€™re a great fit if you are:

  • Energetic, proactive, and organized

  • Experienced in leadership, operations, or team management within a clinical setting

  • Skilled at building patient trust and team alignment

  • Proficient in interpreting labs, managing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance

  • Passionate about menโ€™s health, hormone optimization, and wellness medicine

  • Ready to lead a growing clinic with accountability, compassion, and professionalism

Requirements

  • Active PA-C or NP license (required)

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (hormone, weight management, or primary care experience preferred)

  • Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred)

  • Strong EMR and clinical documentation proficiency

  • Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-focused care

Why Youโ€™ll Love Working Here

At Ageless Menโ€™s Health, Clinic Directors are empowered to make a measurable impact โ€” leading their teams, improving patient outcomes, and driving clinic growth and success.

We offer:

  • Mondayโ€“Friday schedule (no nights, weekends, or on-call)

  • Leadership-driven culture focused on patient connection and operational excellence

  • Competitive compensation with uncapped bonus potential

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Paid time off (PTO), 401(k) plan, Tuition reimbursement and free and discounted clinic services
