Capriottis Sandwich Shop is hiring an Assistant Manager for one of our St. Louis area locations. This is a leadership role designed for someone looking to grow into a General Manager position while building real operational experience.
We are seeking dependable leaders from retail, grocery, restaurant, warehouse, banking, or similar environments who want a stable company with clear systems and advancement opportunity.
Schedule Overview:
This role includes a mix of daytime and evening shifts, with some weekends.
Most shifts end by approximately 9:00 PM
Some weekend availability is required
Schedules are planned in advance
Major holidays are closed (New Years Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
While this role includes evenings and some weekends, it is structured and predictable compared to traditional full-service restaurant environments.
