ServiceMaster of Calgary is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, projects, marketing activities, client communications, events, and administrative processes in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Who We Are

ServiceMaster Restore of Calgary is a full-service restoration company providing residential and commercial disaster restoration services to Calgary and surrounding areas. Our team supports customers through water, fire, smoke, mold, odor, construction, and other property restoration needs, with emergency response available 24/7. We take pride in helping homeowners, businesses, insurance partners, and our community restore properties and peace of mind when it matters most.
About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President, the Business Development Coordinator provides administrative, marketing, and coordination support to help strengthen client relationships, support business development initiatives, maintain accurate records, and assist with events and marketing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, insurance partners, property managers, adjusters, and other referral partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Development team with administrative tasks, scheduling, client communication, and follow-up.
  •  Maintain accurate client, referral partner, and activity records in company systems.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating client, community, and company events.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media, promotional materials, and advertising activities.
  • Help manage vendor, bid, and compliance documentation as required.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, insurance partners, and internal teams.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in administration, marketing, sales support, client service, construction, or restoration is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning and using computer systems, Microsoft Office programs, and online platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract required.
  • Successful criminal security clearance and agreement to a credit check required.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing restoration company. The ideal candidate understands the importance of strong relationships, clear communication, and dependable follow-through. This role helps ServiceMaster of Calgary continue building our reputation as a trusted restoration partner in the community through marketing support, client events, referral partner relationships, and internal coordination. As some events and business development activities may take place outside of regular business hours, flexibility with hours of work will be required from time to time.
