Job description

Join Our Team at our Business Support Centre in Red Deer! 

Are you committed to delivering exceptional customer service? Do you excel at staying organized, managing records, and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We are currently seeking a full-time Office Clerk (Credit) to join our dynamic team. 

Position: Office Clerk (Credit Dept.)

Full-time: 40 hours per week. Benet eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability: Weekdays

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service 

  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records

  • Process and key all incoming payments daily with accuracy

  • Prepare and process scheduled payments

  • Sort and file weekly internal envelopes

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices

  • Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries by email and phone

  • Prepare monthly statements

  • Support ongoing digitization project

  • Collaborate with internal departments

  • Order and distribute cardlock cards

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge is preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasional lifting required)
