Job description

Join a highly collaborative primary care team where physicians, APCs, nurses, medical assistants, and leadership genuinely support one another while delivering relationship-based care to a well-established adult patient population. Position Details:
• Outpatient only Primary Care
• Four-day work week for full-time APC's; Hybrid roles for eligible interested candidates
• Partner with physicians in a shared-panel, team-based care model
• Predominantly adult and geriatric patient population
• Average 16-17 patients per day

Required Qualifications:
• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate program.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Oregon license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Current BLS certification.
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $104,500 - $156,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
