Job Description
• Provide 1-on-1 career coaching sessions to assist students with their professional development
• Coordinate internship applications, processing, student relations and client relations.
• Track student internship data and provide regular reports on internship activities for use within the Trulaske College of Business
• Assist with the creation, development, and coordinator of programming to align with industry needs such as Trulaske Leadership Conference
• Coordinate and present professional development workshops for Trulaske College of Business undergraduates. Topics include but are not limited to Resume and Cover Letter Writing, Networking, Maneuvering a Career Fair, Interview Like an All-S.T.A.R, LinkedIn, Negotiating Compensation, Exploring Career & Self Development in Business
• Provide effective communication, both in person and via email, with students, internship employers, and all constituents working with the Trulaske Edge internship program.
• Promote positive, professional internship experiences for students, faculty, staff, and employers
• Contribute to orientation programs such as Summer Welcome, Fall Orientation, Internship Orientation, etc.
• Collaborate with colleagues, faculty, and student organizations to plan, market, publicize, and implement career and industry related programs, panels, speakers, site visits, and events to help educate constituents about career options and industry trends/issues, and connect then with industry professionals and organizations
• Honor the National Association of Colleges and Employer's (NACE) principles and practices of career planning, employment, and recruitment
• Serve as a member of various school committees providing information, guidance, and advice regarding Business Career Services when appropriate to their impact on TCoB policies and decisions.
• Working evenings and weekends as needed with occasional overnight travel

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
• An ability to multi-task and provide prompt, positive responses to students, internship employers, and other departmental stakeholders.
• A motivated, collaborative professional who is eager to work alongside students, faculty, staff, and external constituents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Qualtrics surveys, and LinkedIn.

Salary Range: $24.04 - $32.69 per hour
