Job description

Executive Assistant To The President/CEO

Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO provides high-level executive, administrative, and development support to the President and the Senior Leadership team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters concerning the President. The Executive Assistant is responsible for organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts, as well as managing special projects.

Serve as a trusted liaison between the President/CEO and internal/external constituencies.

Manage the President/CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the President/CEO.

Plan and coordinate executive outreach initiatives, networking events, and special projects.

Support the Senior Leadership team with administrative tasks as needed.

Ensure the smooth operation of the President/CEO's office by maintaining organization and efficiency.

Represent the organization at events requiring professional business attire, including political events, networking opportunities, conventions, and social gatherings.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Flexibility to attend occasional evening events as required.

Professional demeanor with a polished appearance.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional evening events.
