Job Description
  • - Manage and support production technology activities for Press, Body, Painting, and Decoration processes
  • - Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
  • - Lead mold development projects for new vehicle production programs, including planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and implementation
  • - Establish project strategies and timelines to ensure successful launch of new vehicle models
  • - Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams throughout new model development and mass production phases
  • - Conduct facility verification, equipment evaluation, and technical diagnostics to improve production line performance and plant utilization
  • - Analyze manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to enhance equipment reliability and process stability
  • - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement
  • - Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, and process validation activities
  • - Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and engineering analysis for management review
  • - Perform additional body engineering and vehicle development-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
