Job description

Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, is seeking a Corporate Communications Associate to support the finance, investor relations, and strategic capital teams in delivering clear, consistent messaging across external audiences.

Key Responsibilities Media Relations
  • Support engagement with financial media, real‑estate trade press, and capital markets reporters.
  • Assist in the development and execution of quarterly earnings communications.
  • Help manage inbound media inquiries in coordination with senior communications team members.
  • Draft and edit press materials, statements, FAQs, executive talking points, and briefing documents.
  • Monitor financial and industry coverage and summarize key insights to inform messaging.
Strategic Capital & Corporate Communications
  • Support communications related to strategic capital initiatives, including fund activity, joint ventures, and transactions.
  • Assist in developing messaging that explains investment strategies and partnerships to external audiences.
  • Contribute to communications supporting corporate disclosures, earnings materials, and annual reporting.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Support project management for financial and corporate announcements, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across communications.
  • Assist with executive communications for Finance, IR, and Strategic Capital leadership.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, financial communications, investor relations, or public relations.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting earnings communications, financial disclosures, or capital markets messaging.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and familiarity with AP style.
  • Ability to translate complex financial or real‑estate concepts into clear communications.
  • Foundational business and financial acumen, including exposure to financial statements and earnings materials.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Preferred
  • Experience in REITs, real estate, asset management, investment management, or public company communications.
