Roessel Joy is looking for a Business Development Associate to join the sales team. The role is best suited for an independent self-starter with a high level of drive and the ability to function confidently and professionally within a sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, qualify, and contact clients
  • Keep detailed records of clients’ information and past feedback for future roles
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them
  • Adhere to core activity metrics laid out by management
  • Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase Roessel Joy Staffing LLC presence in the local business community

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in business management or sales field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environment
