The Opportunity:

This is a launchpad role. You'll learn the full sales cycle of prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing in an industry that never stops needing what we do. Do it well, and there's a clear path up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New business: Identify and reach out to homeowners, property managers, and contractors across the Philly area to build a steady pipeline of new opportunities
  • Client relationships: Keep existing customers happy — quick responses, real follow-through, service they'll recommend
  • Market intel: Track competitors, pricing, and customer trends to sharpen how we sell
  • Deals: Build proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business
  • Teamwork: Partner with sales, ops, and marketing so what you sell gets delivered right

Qualifications:
