(No nights/No weekends)

Our classrooms are safe, nurturing environments for children six weeks to six years, offering age-appropriate opportunities to explore and discover. Highly trained teachers lead each child to reach developmental milestones, preparing the children for social and academic success.
We're looking for fun and energetic full- or part-time Flex Teachers for our state of the art, Keystone STARS accredited school. Job Responsibilities:
  • Ability to understand and support the education program using “learning through play” philosophy.
  • Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all time.
  • Ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist with toileting (where necessary).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with school personnel, children, and parents.
  • Ability to multitask in a lively environment and work well within a team.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies.

Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification preferred or a desire to obtain CDA with financial assistance offered through the Keystone STARS benefits.
