By leveraging data insights and cross-functional collaboration, the Senior Manager ensures continuous improvement and delivers measurable results that advance business priorities and enhance stakeholder value.
About the team:
The Walmart Facility Services team comprises over 9,000 skilled associates and partners supporting operations at more than 5,000 locations. The team delivers a world-class maintenance program emphasizing asset management, reliability, and disciplined execution. Expanding its impact, it drives value by optimizing asset performance and developing new service offerings, strategic partnerships, and commercial models. Leveraging operational expertise and scale, the team supports Walmart’s broader business objectives by generating incremental value beyond traditional maintenance, fostering growth through innovation, strategic business development, and effective account management.
