Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in California. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations within the office environment.
Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, ensuring all are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as necessary.
  • Provide support for special projects and events, including planning and coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of expense reports and invoices.
  • Ensure a clean and organized office environment by managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
