Vintage Inc. is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to support our luxury custom home construction and development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects from planning through completion
  • Schedule meetings, inspections, and subcontractors
  • Manage permits, contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation
  • Communicate with homeowners, vendors, architects, and municipalities
  • Track project schedules, selections, and deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to company leadership

Qualifications:
