Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Agentforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions, leveraging Agentforce capabilities to build intelligent, AI-driven experiences for customer service and business workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications with a focus on Agentforce features.
  • Build AI-powered bots, workflows, and service automation using Agentforce capabilities.
  • Implement Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Einstein AI integrations for improved customer engagement.
  • Work closely with business analysts, admins, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Manage API integrations with third-party systems for data synchronization.
  • Ensure data security, performance, and best practices across the Salesforce environment.
  • Provide technical documentation, unit testing, and production support for all delivered solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Agentforce or Service Cloud AI features.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with Omni-Channel, Einstein Bots, and AI integrations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, and Middleware tools.
