Position: Job Developer

As a Job Developer, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve meaningful employment while strengthening relationships with local employers. You'll connect participants with career opportunities that align with their goals, collaborate with community partners, and support long-term employment success through Forward Service Corporation's Transition to Success (TTS) framework.

Position Overview – Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local employers to identify employment, internship, and work experience opportunities for participants.

  • Prepare participants for career success through job search coaching, resume reviews, mock interviews, and by matching them with employment opportunities that fit their skills and career goals.

  • Collaborate with Case Managers, employers, training providers, and community partners while tracking participant progress and employment outcomes to ensure successful long-term career placement.
