Fullstack Developer – Migration to Web Platform Location: Kontich / Hybrid Department: Engineering Reports to: CTO Type: Full-time The Mission We're reinventing our core platform — migrating our legacy client-based application into a modern, web-first ecosystem that's built for speed, scalability, and a world-class user experience. We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who's excited to build the future — someone who can balance strong technical craftsmanship with architectural thinking, and who's eager to shape the core foundation of our next-generation web product. You'll be at the heart of the transformation — designing, developing, and delivering code that moves the mission forward every day. What You'll Do Design and build core features of our new web platform from the ground up. Collaborate with backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver seamless migration of features and data. Translate complex business logic from the client application into clean, efficient, scalable web architecture . Work with product managers and UX designers to create elegant, intuitive interfaces . Contribute to technical architecture discussions , and help define standards, tools, and frameworks. Ensure code quality, performance, and security across the stack. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. Experiment, optimize, and continuously push for improvement in both product and process. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in fullstack software development . Experience in API design, microservices, and REST/GraphQL architectures . Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, etc.). A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and pride in building high-performing systems. Excellent collaboration skills — able to work closely with designers, PMs, and fellow engineers. Bonus Superpowers Experience in migration projects or legacy modernization . Background in data modeling and database optimization (SQL/NoSQL). Familiarity with TypeScript . Interest in performance optimization and front-end architecture . You've built something end-to-end — from prototype to production. Why Join Us You'll be joining a mission-driven engineering team that's building the future of our platform — not just maintaining it. This is your chance to work on a high-impact, high-visibility project that redefines how thousands of users interact with our products. You'll have the autonomy to make key technical decisions and the support of a leadership team that values innovation, quality, and craftsmanship. We offer: Competitive salary + performance-based salary increases Flexible remote or hybrid work A culture of trust, growth, and creativity The chance to shape the future architecture of a company-defining product Ready to Build What's Next?
