About Us
AnyDesk was founded under the belief that software technology and global connectivity can be a means to improve the way society functions. Today, AnyDesk builds a platform technology to reinvent the internet.
Join us in shaping the future of software technology!
What we are looking for:
To support our mission, we're looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll help design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure supporting our production environments. You'll work closely with development teams to modernize systems, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure reliable, secure deployments across our platforms. We're especially excited about people who enjoy digging into complex systems, staying calm under pressure, and continuously improving "how we run things" - whether that means introducing new tooling or refining proven approaches.
  • Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting production workloads
  • Contribute to modernization initiatives, helping transition legacy systems into cloud-native architectures
  • Own the full lifecycle of containerized services - from local development environments to production deployments
  • Apply security best practices across the software delivery pipeline, embedding security into every stage of development and deployment
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, collaborating closely with development teams to accelerate safe, reliable software delivery
  • Build and maintain observability solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics, ensuring engineering teams have clear visibility into system health, performance, and incidents
  • Manage and operate centralized log aggregation and search infrastructure using the ELK stack/VictoriaLogs
  • Define and maintain infrastructure-as-code standards across the organization
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response, driving root cause analysis and long-term remediation

Basic Qualifications:
  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments - cluster management, networking, scaling, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience migrating or re-architecting applications from tightly coupled systems to distributed, cloud-native patterns
  • Solid understanding of cloud and on-premises networking - subnets, load balancers, DNS, firewalls, and service mesh concepts
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab for source control, CI/CD pipeline management, and GitOps workflows
  • Experience with identity and access management, including Keycloak configuration and integration
  • Familiarity with security operations concepts and threat visibility tooling
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance long-term architecture thinking with day-to-day operational needs

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Background in database operations and reliability for relational databases beyond day-to-day administration
  • Practical experience operating and maintaining PostgreSQL databases in production
  • Prior work in regulated or security-sensitive industries
  • Experience with SIEM platforms and security event monitoring

What we offer:
  • Centrally located offices in Tampa
  • Hybrid work from home and office schedule
  • 20 vacation days/year in a full-time position
  • Free drinks and weekly team lunch
  • Personal and professional development potentialities and room for creative ideas
  • An international team"
