The Role

We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking DevOps / Software Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and operating modern, cloud-based infrastructure while enabling seamless, scalable, and secure software delivery.

You will work at the intersection of development and operations, driving automation, improving system reliability, and accelerating the end-to-end software lifecycle. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on how we build, deploy, and operate high-quality services at scale.

What You'll Do
  • CI/CD & Automation:
    Design, implement, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure code deployments.

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
    Build and manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt, ensuring consistency and scalability.

  • Cloud Operations:
    Operate and optimize production environments on AWS, maintaining high availability (99.999%) and system performance.

  • Developer Enablement:
    Partner with engineering teams to eliminate manual processes, streamline workflows, and accelerate development velocity.

  • Observability & Monitoring:
    Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Datadog to ensure system health and performance.

  • Security & Compliance:
    Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines, including automated security testing, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.

  • Software Development:
    Develop and support real-time, event-driven solutions that power scalable and resilient applications.

What You Bring
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience:
    4-6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, software engineering, or related roles. At least 2 years of DevOps experience within AWS environment

  • Programming Skills:
    Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
    Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., copilots, agentic AI) to improve efficiency and code quality is a plus.

  • Containerization & Orchestration:
    Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Systems Expertise:
    Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

The base pay range for this role is $105,000 to $152,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
