Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Consultant – Ibuprofen to provide specialized technical expertise for chemical manufacturing operations. This consulting role focuses on supporting ibuprofen production, assisting with process scale-up, resolving technical challenges, and improving manufacturing efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong process knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and experience working in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environments.

Position Responsibilities Process Scale-Up & Technical Support
  • Provide technical guidance during ibuprofen production scale-up and manufacturing activities.
  • Identify and resolve process, operational, and equipment-related issues.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and process reliability.
Manufacturing Process Improvement
  • Evaluate existing production processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and operational performance.
  • Assist in developing best practices for manufacturing processes and equipment utilization.
Equipment & Operational Guidance
  • Advise production teams on equipment performance, maintenance considerations, and process stability.
  • Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and supporting workshop operations.
  • Help improve equipment reliability and production consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Provide technical recommendations based on process analysis and industry best practices.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and process improvement recommendations as needed.
Prerequisites
  • Strong knowledge of ibuprofen manufacturing processes and supporting production equipment.
  • Experience supporting chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing and equipment issues.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting process scale-up and production optimization is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience with major chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities is preferred.
