Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining accurate contract and pension databases related to Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs). This role supports labor relations activities through precise data entry, wage analysis, and contract tracking to ensure alignment with negotiated agreement terms. This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in Labor Relations. Training will be provided on collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), wage calculations, and pension administration.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain CBA data, ensuring all contract terms and revisions are accurately recorded and current.
  • Perform and review wage calculations in accordance with CBA provisions, ensuring alignment with negotiated rates and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain wage schedules and validate data for accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support pension and fund data tracking through ongoing database maintenance and reconciliation.
  • Generate reports and summaries to support contract administration, compliance, and labor relations decision-making.
  • Provide data and administrative support to leadership, ensuring information is organized, accurate, and readily accessible.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field preferred. Recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • 1+ years of experience in a business, administrative, or data entry role; labor relations or union environment experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate large volumes of data.
  • Experience working with databases and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to perform and review wage calculations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
