I.  Overview

General Wholesale Inc. is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead the company's marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, and produce high-quality digital and print marketing materials. The Marketing Specialist will develop campaigns, create engaging content, support sales initiatives, and maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Figma, Canva Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.


II. Scope of Services Required


1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain and strengthen the General Wholesale Inc. brand identity.
  • Create marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
  • Assist with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor and market research.
  • Monitor marketing trends and recommend new initiatives.


2. Graphic Design & Visual Content

  • Design social media graphics and promotional campaigns.
  • Create brochures, flyers, catalogs, banners, and sales materials.
  • Design email marketing templates.
  • Develop digital advertisements for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Produce product presentations and corporate materials.
  • Ensure all marketing assets follow company branding guidelines.


3.    Website & Digital Media

  • Design website banners and landing pages using Figma.
  • Create UI mockups and marketing wireframes.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve website user experience.
  • Maintain website graphics and promotional content.
  • Optimize digital assets for desktop and mobile.

4.    Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Develop monthly social media calendars.
  • Create content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Design reels, stories, promotional videos, and campaigns.
  • Write compelling marketing copy.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize performance.


5.    Sales & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate campaigns with vendors and suppliers.


6.    Ongoing Marketing Support

  •  Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

  • Maintain organized marketing and design files.

  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience creating B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
