Summary


As the Marketing & DevOps Project Manager, you will oversee and manage projects related to marketing campaigns and development projects. The Marketing & DevOps Project Manager will organize both the people working on projects and the projects themselves, making sure everything stays on strategy. Most of the time they will oversee a group of projects simultaneously and track the success of that selection of projects against company goals, like lead growth or operational efficiency. The Marketing & DevOps Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing & DevOps.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Collaborate and Delegate:  Lead team members, encourage and direct them, as well as anticipate their strengths and weaknesses. 
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and set expectations with team members, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Analytical:  Leverage analytics and prioritize resources to maximize the outcome for our company or stakeholder.
  • Decision-Making: Many projects involve at least some high-pressure situations, and the Project Manager will be called upon to make an informed decision on a tight timeline. 
  • Resource Allocation: The Project Manager will need to understand the basic concepts of allocation; both human and budgetary resources.
  • Proficiency with Project Management Tools: The Project Manager will become proficient in management tools such as Toggle, Slack, Gong and Salesforce as it pertains to the department. 
  • Ability to Set Deadlines: Deadline forecasting and management is an important skill for any Project Manager to master, as they will often oversee many deadlines across several projects simultaneously.
  • Task Management: The Project Manager will need to manage and delegate tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met as well as manage themselves to achieve goals.

Experience


2 years of experience required in a project management position or something comparable.

  • Understanding of project coordinating
  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts, development tools and strategies 
  • Proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications 
  • Fine-tuned strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills 
  • Develop strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning) 
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external stakeholders
