  • Coordinate reporting requirements across internal teams, EPC contractors, consultants, and project partners.
  • Maintain reporting calendars, templates, data repositories, and project documentation standards.
  • Support project reviews, progress meetings, and leadership presentations with relevant data and insights.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of project information used for reporting and decision-making.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project reporting processes and visibility.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting project reporting, project controls, performance management, or related functions on large capital projects.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting EPC or EPCM project execution.
  • Experience supporting large industrial projects, including steel, mining, metals, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or similar industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project schedules, cost reporting, progress measurement, risk tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, project reports, and performance presentations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex project information clearly.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel to project sites, contractor offices, vendor facilities, and other project-related locations as required.
  • Ability to work in industrial and outdoor environments while following all safety requirements.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working on a computer and reviewing project documentation.
