Job Summary:
Central Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, along with expertise in Apex, Lightning development, and enterprise integrations.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce applications.
• Build and maintain deployable demo assets on the Salesforce and NextGen platforms, including front- and back-end development, integrations across product clouds.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Build and maintain deployable demo assets on the Salesforce and NextGen platforms, including front- and back-end development, integrations across product clouds.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform technologies including Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Aura, Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Flows.
• Experience working with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and CRM Analytics.
• Salesforce Admin, App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.
Preferred:
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
• Experience developing large customer or citizen-facing portals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
