  • Plan and deliver developer-focused programs such as webinars, workshops, and educational sessions that foster learning and community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure developer perspectives are effectively represented in campaigns and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from developers, identify recurring challenges, and communicate actionable insights to product teams to improve the overall developer experience.

  • Strong mission-driven mindset with a collaborative, curious, and outcome-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Advanced front-end development expertise, including experience with animations, complex user interfaces, and sophisticated layouts.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality technical communication materials such as articles, tutorials, presentations, videos, or other educational content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with marketing and sales teams on developer-focused campaigns, programs, or product initiatives.
  • Track record of building meaningful relationships and credibility within developer communities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging, and actionable content and experiences.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual compensation ranging from $175,000 to $194,000 USD.
  • Equity package offering long-term growth potential.
  • Flexible remote work environment across eligible locations in Europe.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, developer advocacy, education, and business strategy.
